PAINTING MOVING WATER: MAUI

Join Karen E. Lewis in painting the beautiful beaches and scenery of Maui.  Paint the clear turquoise water under incredible skies.

For the student who wants a workshop with a laid-back pace.  These 3 5-hour sessions allow you plenty of time to snorkel, surf, sun, explore the island, or kick back and relax on the beach.  Then spend the afternoons with Karen creating your own personal Hawaii memory souvenirs.

Learn the process of plein air painting through the exercises that begin each day's lesson.  Demonstrations in painting moving water will be the focus of the 3-day experience.  As you paint at your own easel, Karen will help you develop your personal expression.   Paint in any medium.  Karen will demonstrate in oil, and will explain application of principles to other media.  In this small workshop, there will be lots of individual attention.
